Building community through movement with CAMP’s Jamie Lanza

 

On this episode of The Alchemie Podcast, host Dana Davis sits down with CAMP founder, Jamie Lanza, to talk about her journey into entrepreneurship and wellness. Inspired by her experiences in nature as a child and her learnings from the big city, she discusses the creation of CAMP, a wellness retreat for adults. .

Jamie explains how – and why – CAMP expanded to include multiple campuses (like their LA location) and modalities (such as yoga, cycling, and strength training)., while emphasizing   the importance of play, community, and holistic wellbeing. She also discusses CAMP's more recent evolution to include meditation and sound healing to support physical, mental, and spiritual health to support greater collective consciousness.
